What is the minimum order quantity at Gimakx?
The minimum order is 10 units per design. New academies can start with exactly that — 10 custom Gis in mixed sizes, with a free mockup and no contracts, through the Gimakx Academy Partnership Program.
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround for the GiPro Custom Series is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on complexity and quantity. The GiPro Standard Series can ship within a few days.
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes — on every product line we make, and because production is entirely in-house that includes the packaging. Woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags, custom screen-printed polybags and branded drawstring bags are all produced to your artwork. The BJJ Gi FAQ sets out exactly which labels and packaging get replaced with yours.
Are Gimakx BJJ Gis IBJJF approved?
Yes. Standard cuts and fabrics follow IBJJF regulations for sleeve length, patch placement, and fabric type. All three GiPro weights — Aerotough 380gsm, Fortitude 450gsm, and Monolith 500gsm — are IBJJF approved.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer (TT), Western Union, and Payoneer for B2B orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — Gimakx ships B2B orders worldwide, factory-direct from Pakistan, on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms under Incoterms 2020. Freight is paid by the customer and quoted per order in the written quotation. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
We ship by air with DHL and FedEx, and typical transit is 8–20 days depending on the destination and the service level you choose. Sea freight runs 40–50 business days. Both are measured from dispatch and are additional to production: 3–4 weeks for custom orders, or a few days for standard GiPro stock.
Which courier do you use for samples and bulk orders?
DHL and FedEx by air, for samples and for bulk production alike. Which of the two we book depends on the timeline you need and the destination — transit runs 8–20 days. Sea freight is available for larger orders where cost matters more than speed.
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. Every shipment goes out with the full document set: commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. If your customs broker needs anything formatted a particular way, tell us before dispatch and we prepare it that way.
What is the country of origin on your goods?
Pakistan. Everything we sell is manufactured in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan — nothing is subcontracted or re-exported from elsewhere — and the certificate of origin that ships with your order states exactly that.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
The buyer. Because orders ship DAP, Gimakx arranges carriage to the delivery address, and the customer acts as importer of record — customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the quoted price or freight charge.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request. Sample terms are agreed with each customer and confirmed in writing before dispatch.
What happens if some units arrive defective?
We replace them in your next order. Tell us which units were affected and the replacement quantity is added to your following production run.
What artwork do you need from us?
Your logo files are enough, vector or image, and our designers prepare the artwork from there. If you already have your own artwork, we work from that instead.
